Formation Pathway: Meaningful Community (Campbelltown)

Date: Tuesday 5 May, 2026
Time: 7:00pm–9:00pm
Venue: Campbelltown
Cost: FREE

People don’t just need a place to go to church.
They need a people to belong to.

We all want our parishes to feel alive.
Connected.
Welcoming.

But the reality is, many people come… and still feel unknown.

Meaningful community doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s not just being friendly after Mass.
It’s about forming real relationships where people are known, supported, and grow together as disciples.

This formation will help you:

  • Understand why community is essential for discipleship and mission
  • Recognise what’s missing in many parish environments
  • Learn how to move from attendance to true belonging
  • Begin shaping a parish culture where people don’t just come… they stay, grow, and are sent

If we want renewal, we need more than programs.
We need communities where faith becomes real.

Come and discover what that looks like—and how to begin.

Where and when?

    Tuesday 5 May, 7-9pm

What is the Formation Pathway?

To assist parish communities in understanding and implementing Come & See, Go & Make: A Vision for Parishes (CSGM), we have developed a program of formation, known as the Formation Pathway. Consisting of introductory, intermediate and advanced formation, the Formation Pathway is designed to explore core concepts of parish renewal, equip and encourage the faithful, and help to nurture the existing culture of growth – personally and as a community. For more information, please see the Formation Pathway overview.
