The conversation you avoid today becomes the conflict you manage tomorrow.

Every leader eventually discovers the same thing.
The most difficult part of leadership is not vision, planning, or organisation. It is people.

Our next Formation Pathway evening will focus on the practical side of leading people well. The session will explore several areas that often determine whether teams thrive or struggle, including:

• handling conflict constructively
• having honest and respectful conversations
• setting clear expectations and responsibilities
• supporting the people entrusted to our leadership

If you are involved in any form of leadership or ministry, this evening will offer practical help for one of the most important parts of leadership: caring for and guiding people well.

All are welcome.

What is the Formation Pathway?

To assist parish communities in understanding and implementing Come & See, Go & Make: A Vision for Parishes (CSGM), we have developed a program of formation, known as the Formation Pathway. Consisting of introductory, intermediate and advanced formation, the Formation Pathway is designed to explore core concepts of parish renewal, equip and encourage the faithful, and help to nurture the existing culture of growth – personally and as a community. For more information, please see the Formation Pathway overview.
