Employment type: Part-time (Three days per week / some weekend)
Location: Based at Campbelltown with regular travel to parishes and schools in the Macarthur region as well as occasional travel to Wollongong
Role commencement: October 2019

The Office of the Bishop is seeking to fill the position of regional youth ministry coordinator. The position is part-time, based in Campbelltown (but will include some travel to Wollongong) and is planned to commence as soon as possible. Remuneration for the position is based on the Miscellaneous Award 2010.
The successful applicant will assist the diocesan youth ministry coordinator in implementing the diocesan plan for youth ministry in parishes, regional centres and schools within the Macarthur region.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of the regional youth group, LIVE Local.
- Assistance in the coordination of youth ministry initiatives in Macarthur schools (primary and secondary).
- Leadership in parish-oriented regional young adult initiatives.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, support and management of youth leaders in the Macarthur region as well as more broadly throughout the diocese.
