Clergy Appointments - 5 January 2012

I wish to advise you of the following clergy appointments, effective 5 January 2012:

• Fr Bede North MSC Administrator, Helensburgh Parish
• Fr Hugh Dowdell Assistant Priest, Rosemeadow Parish
• Fr George Condookala Assistant Priest, Lumen Christi Catholic Parishes, Wollongong
• Fr Geoff Allen Assistant Priest, Shellharbour City Parish
• Fr Duane Fernandez Assistant Priest, Nowra Parish

These appointments will be announced simultaneously at Helensburgh, Rosemeadow, Shellharbour City, Nowra, Wollongong, Fairy Meadow and Gwynneville Parishes this weekend (Vigil Masses).

Two of our seminarians are undertaking pastoral placements – Stephen Varney at Dapto (commencing December 2011) and Patrick Kimulu at Camden (commencing February 2012.)
